We offer a 5-day exchange policy within 5 days of purchase made. The terms and conditions are as following

Please note that the item being exchanged must be in its original condition &the product must contain all the tags.
To be eligible for exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed in the same condition you received it.
When exchanging a product, it is essential that the desired size is available at the site in real-time.
You must simply need to deliver the parcel back to our warehouse by yourself.
If the item(s) you received were defective or damaged during shipping please write us immediately at support@titoe.in

There will be nominal charges for that,you have to pay nominal fee for the re-shipment of the exchanged product.

ATTENTION:All the products that are under offers/clearance sale are non-exchangeable.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

To initiate the exchange process, please log into your profile and navigate to the order section. you can select the specific product or the entire order and provide a reason and relevant pictures for the exchange.

Videos of the parcel opening is MANDATORY.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the status in 28-48 business hours.

If your request is approved, we will send you our ware house address.

In case of an exchange, the new product will be dispatched only after the receipt and validation of the returned original propduct.

Please note that exchange is allowed only once per order.

SALE ITEMS:

Any items purchased during a flash/clearance sale cannot be exchanged.

MODIFY/CANCEL:

If you wish to modify the order after placing it, kindly cancel the order and place a new order once again.
To cancel the entire order, please log in to your profile and navigate to the orders section. you can select the specific order and cancel it. Cancelling is only possible before shipping.
Upon cancelling a prepaid order the refund amount will be credited to the source account

We (TITOE) reserve the right to refuse any exchange that do not meet our exchange policy requirements.

All order would be shipped within 24 working hours. order tracking ID would be shared through text message or registered e-mail .

Once the order is shipped, allow atleast 4-7 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code.

Please verify the size chart before placing the order.

Colour of the product must vary 5-10% from the product photo you have seen on our site.

Product size must vary +/- 1 inches from the given measurement chart.
