How can i track my order?

Tracking id will be sent to registered e-mail or text message.

How d i know my order is confirmed?

You will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully, after checking out the payment process. then you will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address. You can also check the order status in the MY ACCOUNT section, if you are a registered member.

How can i modify my products or address and phone number after placing order?

Once your order has been placed, your address and phone number or product details cannot be modified. most of the orders will be processed and dispatched within a short window, so we do not encourage modification of order details.

 

How can i cancel my order?

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. But if the order is not dispatched from our ware house we can assist you.

What happens if an item is out of stock/you are unable to fulfil my order?

OUT OF STOCK:

If you are interested in purchasing an item that is out of stock please get in touch with us at support@titoe.in and we will update you the minute we update the stock of those items.

UNABLE TO FULFILL THE ORDER:

If we are unable to fulfil an order after you have placed it, you can contact us and our team will be get in touch with you and a refund request will be put in motion. For prepaid orders the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 7 to 21 working days.

What if i receive a defected /wrong product or an incomplete order?

Incase of an incomplete/wrong order sent by us, we will replace the order with the correct products.

If the product has a manufacturing defect (i.e. torn, stains, stitched incorrectly)we can either offer a replacement product. Return shipping will be borne by us.

Yes,  of course! All transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

Do you accept payments in multiple currencies?

No, currently we don’t.

Do i have to pay shipping charges?

Shipping cost is free for prepaid orders.

For post paid orders cod charges is applicable.

What happens if iam not available at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partners will be attempt to deliver the package twice, or else you can collect it directly from your near by INDIA POSTOFFICE with the tracking number. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

By when will i receive the ordered products?

All domestic orders are processed between 1-2 business days. You can expect the order to be delivered within 5-7 business days. Fro remote locations which are difficult to access, the order may take between 5-10 business days.
